Unresolved complain

<p>I had an stuff acc @ electric express which i paid in cash then end off august they dedicated from my pay that lead my account to be over paid. I got a authority from head office to be refunded my money back which was -R5.17 b4 i could claim for rebate my balance it must be R0.00.</p> <p>I got the refund, my account was settled at the end of august,</p> <p>end off September they ddnt take any money from my pay slip because my acc was paid up.</p> <p>I got the rebate and now after they paid all money back ,on apt it shows an out standing balance of R5,18 i did a query instead am not getting help to solve this matter.</p>
