Unreliable shop that cannot be recommended to anyone

Bought from Russels online on 06/12/2024.They were to deliver on 15/12/2024. Until today I have not received my order. When I queried o 17/12/2024 I was told that they will deliver on 24/12/2024, which is highly unaccaptable. They just dont care about customer service. When I called today 18/12/2024 and requested for a refund I was informed that I can only receive my money after 7 days; of which it wont help me. I will not recommend anyone to buy from this shop again They deserve the rating of less than zero.
