Unreliable

I have bought a bed at this store, this was on Lay buy in Jan-2015, I needed to collect the bed from the store this Saturday and had an outstanding of R800. Had called the store to advise that i will be collecting the bed on Saturday and was then informed that the bed was discontinued and it was also out of stock. This is a birthday present for someone and should be presented this Saturday. All the time i was paying every month and not a single day i was informed what am paying for is no longer in stock.<br> I was then advised to go to any store and choose an alternative bed but the bed that was in store was a bit higher than i had initially bought. I was told that to have it i will have to top up then i opted for a refund, this the store agreed to. this morning i phone to confirm that Saturday 09:00 am the money must be ready as i will not have more time due personal commitments, the manager then told me that if there is no money then there is nothing she could do, reason i called in advance was to ensure that there is money when i get there, Funny enough she hang up. I wanted to know if there are other alternatives, is there i way i can get my money NOW?
