Unprofesional, unacceptable service.

I bought a bedroom suite and needed to pay Life insurance on it, I however now have my own Life insurance and took in my documents to the store to cancel the insurance they are charging me to Bradlows Traderoute mall 2 weeks ago on the 11th Feb, I have been phoning ample times to ask when I will get confirmation, and I have been sent to different departments, different companies, Abacus Insurance, JDG, and till today, 2 weeks later, emails and emails later on 23 Feb the insurance have not yet been cancelled, the amount now went off my account. This is the most unprofessionalism I have seen in a while from when I bought the bedroom set, I have been having issues, the delivery, the replacement of a damaged bedroom suite and now the insurance. How long does it take to cancel an insurance? This is really unacceptable service.
