Unhappy with the after sales service

Bought a queen size bed at Russells, a month later bed sounded like something's broken. It took over a month for it to be replaced. The replaced base did the same thing just after a week. Sent a WhatsApp message, after a while a message popped in " thank you, we will assist you shortly". Been two days haven't been assisted!
