Unhappy with my order

I bought a Polo table on the 1st of September online and it was delivered on the 3rd was so happy about their customer service. My complain is a few days after unwrapping my table it started peeling on the corners and it's getting worse. Sent an email to Russells customer service no response as i requested for it to be returned and be refunded my money as i'm not happy with it.
