Such BAD SERVICE. My only mistake was not reading reviews before making a purchase with Russells.

I bought a bed online, it was a lay-by and after paying it off, it is still a struggle to get my bed. 2 full weeks later, I’m still without a bed. That 2-5 working days is a big lie. I’ve been sending complaints and they finally sent me an sms letting me know that my delivery is coming just to shut me up. IT NEVER CAME!!!

AVOID THIS ****TY BUSINESS AT ALL COST. I AM. NEVER AND WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM YOU GUYS. SUCH AN INCONVENIENCE. SHAME ON YOU!!! VOETSEK!!!
