Unhappy customer 😑

Hello peter, please assist.

I had a horrible experience with Russell furniture store in Olievenhoutbosch. I bought few items from them and I had a problem with my bed. Few months after I bought the bed, stitches started to be loose, I then logged a complaint in December 2023 and they didn't even bother to attend to my complaint. I had to follow up with them, I call their customer care line and they gave me a reference number: (Dear Customer. Your Russells complaint # *** has been assigned to the relevant team to action. Kind Regards Customer Care ***)and they told me that the store manager will further assist me within 48hrs. In my entire life I have never seen such an incompletent manager, she did not call me, I had to call her...after my call they promised to get back to me with the feedback but she did not. I had to go to the store again she told me she forgot to call me ,can you imagine that?

Please assist I am tired to following up with them, they don't understand what is good customer service, instead of them updating a customer , a customer has to be the one following up.
