ungrateful

<p>I worked for joshua doore for the past three years,resigned in the month of June,it been 5(FIVE) months now the company have not gave me a response pertaining my resignation fund money,when i called A.forbs in Augast they said the company have not filed in my claim as yet.I have been trying to get hold of them ever since no one in the HR department seem to be working because no one ever answer their phones,and when i do get someone they just make me hold for hours without any coming back to me,I have became a negg to the business unit manager, all he does is pretend as if he is writing an email,waits for me to turn the other way and does nothing.I call A.forbs again i was told to fax my document to them by one of their consultants so i can get asistance,when i called a few min later another consultant told me i was not allowed to do so,she said i was to wait for my fomer emloyers to send them a claim via system ,when i explained to her that i have spoke to someone she said it was not her problem.Tthere still no response about my claim till this very day. i epected better from A.forbs their service is extreamly poor,and as for the JD GROUP poor is an over statement.</p>
