Unfair listing

I had an account with Russell's van der Walt street Pretoria and then my contract ended where I worked in 2011 and had no job since then and I explained to Russell's and now recently a company collecting outstanding accounts called DMC called me wanting me to settle the account and I told them I'm still unemployed and the lady I spoke to said she will call in two months time to check if I'm still unemployed and I said ok, then when the call ended I get a message saying my DMC contract has been finalized for R200 a month without my approval. I'm very unhappy with these companies as they list us unfairly which makes it hard to find a job these days when you are listed on ITC. It is unacceptable and unfair. Now I'm struggling to get a job everywhere.
