unauthorised policies on my account

I have ap**** to purchase a laptop at Joshua Doore @ the branch Nyanga Junction. l informed the consultant that I'm not interested in the policies that they offering. irrespective of me not being interested I see that I'm being billed every month for Goods and Life insurance ...ontop of that I also pay a JD club fee ....and all of this is besides my basic instalment ....the reason why I only noticedrecently is because I'm not staying at my mother's house anymore... because that was the address I used when I app**** for the account....I was so ****ed
