Unacceptable delay and no communication on claim

If I could give zero stars, I would. I submitted a claim to Russells in May 2025, and it is now August. For over three months, I've had nothing but silence. My claim, seems to have disappeared into a black hole. It's absolutely appalling that a company can operate like this. They are happy to take your money every month, but when it's time for them to honour their commitment, you are completely ignored. No updates, no emails, no phone calls. Nothing. This isn't just poor service; it's a complete failure to deliver on their promise. Do not recommend. I am still waiting for someone to do their job and process my claim. I hope this review saves someone else the headache and stress I'm currently going through.
