****ty after sale service

I'm very ****ed and regret spending my hard earned cash buying the sleep master Camelot bed...the ****ing mattress was damaged went to the store to complain about it....it took more than a month to replace it and still got the same damaged mattress and told the shop immediately after it was delivered that it's damaged and was told that they will call head office to sort it out. I also laid a complain with restonic, also got a ****t treatment saying they can't help me until the store lay a new claim with them and it's been a month now still nothing from the store or their head office...I feel sorry for those who have spent their money buying anything from them...as for I will never repeat that same mistake again. Or worse spend my money on any JD GROUP stores🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡
