TV replacement

On December I bought a TV at Russells Portshepstone it was faulty after few days they told me to bring it back after some weeks they told me they will replace it immediately, weeks continued they told me Sansui is no longer on board they will try other brands, I paid up my TV after 2 months of purchase while it's still with them, every time when I call or pop up on their shop they say different story, last month they told me they will refund my money because they failed to replace my TV till today no tv no money no feed back
