Trying to debit my account when order was cancelled!!!!

I cancelled my order with your store but you guys still have a debit order pending on my account... I'll never pay for something I don't have. Your store has been unhelpful in this regards Russells Jeppe Street. I don't even know how you can set up a debicheck before someone receives good. You guys are *******!!! And I will take this further!!!
