Treathened by sales person

I would like to express my disappointment, with a vist to one of the Russels store in JHB Jeppe street. I had a laybye with them and due to the current situation was not able to continue so I made a difficult choice of having to cancel the purchase. I went to the store to inquire and submitted all required documents. At first i was assisted by a lady by the name Hope, she requested that i bring my statement, which i brought back an hour later to be assisted by a guy by the name of Meshack. Meshack was/is the rudeset sales person I have eva met. I asked how long would the refund pay-out, he told me between 14 and 21days. I then asked him why so long. To my suprise he told me that "they only start paying refunds after the 15th of each month". I asked for a document to support gis statement, he burst promising to man handle me in the store. I then called their customer services they promised to cc me on this complaint, which was not done. Whilst on the line the manager then came and acknowledged that he too saw the incident and he heard him say he will beat me up. The manager was humble and a great person. I dnt wish for any1 this type of bad client services, i will make it a point that this guy will never ever do this to any paying client again.livid client
