Treated us like *********

We opened an acc at Russels a couple of weeks ago. Got R30k credit from them. We I formed the sales lady that we will pick out furniture but we still battling to find an apartment to rent and currently renting furnishes. We will let het know as soon as we find a place. Long story short we did not find a new apartment and decided to extent our current lease with another 12 month. This morning we went into Russells cause we felt bad for the sales person loosing 30k sale..so we decided that we will buy a new washing mashine. A laptop deal they advertising and 2 new mobiles. Basicly comes to about 20k. So at least the lady won't loose to much on her commissioned amount. We were treated like ****. They were very rude to my husband and turned around and said that our account is now a high exposure account. We were stunned. Got 30k to start off with. And now they won't even help us. So really this is the worst service I've ever received from a company. We still waiting for head office to phone us..been waiting for two days.. No call!!! They just don't care. Sad
