tragling to get may tv

hellorpeter please assist me I am struggling to get my new tv from Joshua door ,they are taking me and my husband from pillar to post telling us new stories everyday I am sick and tired with this shop every time we have to call them. its been 2 months now but at the end of the month I pay them, I pay for something that I don't have. the told us bring documents and we did but ***** nothing is happening. we are going to lake legal action against this shop.
