Torn piece of a lounge suite.

I bought a four piece lounge suite gomma gomma on the 31 January 2022 at Russell's Theku Plaza Newcastle and it was delivered according to our arrangement on the same day.

After two weeks I realized the other piece was torn and I went to the store to lodge a complain and I was told the pice will be collected.

After two weeks without being consulted I went to the store again and the manager was very rude this time, she told me I am.not the only customer who has a complain they are still attending to the complains of other customer and they have a variety of stores its not just Russell's. I have been waiting ever since.

I am not happy with their service and attitude because I bought this lounge piece with cash.
