Torn and flimsy Sealy Paloma mattress

I bought a Sealy Paloma bed on the Bradlows website, the mattress came torn, I requested for a replacement of the mattress it also came torn and it is very flimsy I informed the company now they are taking me from pillar to post. Their customer service is so bad and I regret ever buying from them. I feel like I took my R7000 and threw it down the drain. Saying I'm disappointed is an understatement. I feel like they sold me rejected bed because the quality is so weak whereas Sealy is "known as a good quality brand" until now
