Took too long to deliver and I'm now asking for my money back

I went to Russells Evaton Mall on the 12 November 2017 to purchase a black gloss tv stand amounting at R 1799.00 including transport for delivery and I swiped the whole amount at the store. Three days later I confronted the store with a stamped bank statement that shows the deduction and they said the'll log a complain but till today no stand no refund so I just need my money and that's it. I even qualified for R50000.00 credit on their store but how could I go on with such treatment.
