took my cash now they not bothered

I bought a beautiful leather lounge suite and bedroom suite which costed over R20000 cash from day one I have complained to numerous managers but no one wants to replace all they talk about is repairing which I feel is unacceptable its been a year and two months now I have just come from the Joshua doore manager that has givem me a nr to call come on guys 1year and I must still phone its pathetic
