Three weeks and no delivery

I have purchased a piece of furniture from Russells online store and paid for it immediately. Now, three weeks later, I am still waiting for it to be delivered. I received a phone call last week that it will be delivered today, even my address was confirmed. I had to put in a day’s leave to receive the order and guess what: nobody showed up. How pathetically useless.
