THIS IS SO DISGUSTING

refer to this ref BA-KIC-*** AND REF ***, I logged a complaint regarding the fridge that was bought by my mum on 15 April 2019 who is a pensioner, she was contacted and was told that the guys will come and she must still allow them to fix the fridge THAT'S NONSES this is not a second hand fridge that you will keep on fixing, I NEED THE BRAND NEW FRIDGE THAT MY MUM BOUGHT OR SIMPLY REFUND HER SO THAT SHE CAN BUY THE WORKING FRIDGE FROM ELSE WHERE' TAKE NOTE: IF YOU SEND YOUR GUYS TO FIX THE FRIDGE AGAIN THOSE GUYS WILL BE RETURNED BACK, WE NEED SOMEONE TO COME FETCH THE FRIDGE AND BRING THE NEW ONE!!! my number is ***
