THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYIN FROM RUSSELS ON LINE SHOP

I lodged a complaint about my new gas stove purchased via Russell's on line the oven does not work. My complaint Ba/univ/2021- *** was closed without resolving it then when I called them 7 days later they said there is nothing they can do about the first complaint as the system closed it. What a lot of nonsense. a new number BA/univ/*** was given to me but it is still not resolved now 22 days alter. When I send an e mail they just keep on saying the complaint will be escalated but nothing is happening Russell's on line shop is the worst online shop ever think twice before buying from Russell's on line shop
