******* - 3 Month Wait for Refund -( And still waiting)

I placed an order in December 2017 for a double bed, I waited till the end of January 2018 with no delivery. I cancelled the order and now its been a month and I am still waiting for my money back. I have been to the store over 20 times and they are no help, pointing me to the head office in JHB(I am from Durban). I call the Head Office and they say I need to go to the store. Service is pathetic to say the least and here I am with no bed and no money!
