They forced me to buy a display tv because they did not want to give me my money, telling me that they tv has 5year warranty anytime I experience a problem. When I got home the tv had cracked at the corner, and they sad I loose a warranty because I transported it myself however they never mentioned that to me. I was not there when the tv was packaged i went out side, it must have been cracked when they took it off from the display.
