They do not want to bring my furniture

i bought a dinning room suite, coffee table and a fridge from Joshua Doore. I saw the following day that they are not in good condition and I did let them know the following day. they promised to bring new ones within 7days. The chairs are wobbly and the coffee table has a big dent. Beofre that, I bought a 50 inch LG tv that switches off after sometimes, the screen would be dark by could hera the voices. I took it back the 1st time, but came back with the same problem. I took it back again, though they promised it would take 21days, which the manager says its actually 14days, it still not back yet and now is almost 2months. Now with Zakhele who deals with complains and replacements now says he has been sending people to drop the goods, but they do not find anyone in the house. It has been 3months since they promised to bring them. He says I am lying because his people are coming to bring the furniture but finds anyone, now if they bring them and and find that no one is in the house they will cancell and it will be my loss. I have settled both the tv and everything, and i owe them nothing, but they do not want to bring my staff. Now Zakhele is disrespecting me when he calls me.
