Theft and ******s

I requested a settlement amount for both my accounts, amounts were given to me with no cents at the end, I paid the full amounts and the following day when I called in again they told me they received the full amount. I called in again requesting the paid up letter and they told me they will mail it to me. I called in again on the 1st requesting the letter and again I was advised that they will mail it, agent advised me I can get the letter from the store, I'm at the store now they told me I'm still owing the money and when I asked what is that for they told me it's 47c and 15c I didn't pay and I told them I never received any communication about those amounts... Called the Head office and they dropped the called with no explanation. This company sucks and I will open a case against them, they are ******s and I will make sure no one buy from them.. ****ed
