TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE DELIVERY - RUSSELS!!!!!!!!!!!!

What absolute terrible service we received from Russels.

Our company purchased a bed on-line for one of our employees, to be delivered in Hazyview. This order was placed and paid for on the 11 September 2024. It was said that the order will be delivered within 2 - 5 days, until today, it has been a struggle to communicate with Russels, to get answers from them as to when the bed will actually be delivered. You phone the customer care line and all they can say is, the warehouse is busy with the order. No one seems to care that our staff member is without a bed!!!! THIS IS NOT HOW A PERSON TREAT A PAYING CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!!
