Terrible service I wish I never shopped with them

So I bought a bed Russell funiture shop and the agreement was that they are going to deliver on Friday so last week courier called and I wasn’t able to answer only later when I had access to my phone there was email stating that they came for delivery but no one was at home and they couldn’t get ahold of me which was lies coz there was people in the house we then rescheduled that they will redeliver and I waited that still did not happen and now they want me to pay for a delivery fee for a failed delivery which did not happen the 1st time. I paid for the bed fully and I will not pay for courier as no notification was given that u are changing dates to deliver and no delivery was attempted in my place of residence as there were people in the house. People buy service and yours is terrible and you can do better than this at this point I’m ready for a refund and I’ll use my money elsewhere as you do not know how to take care of your customer
