Terrible service from both the store and the head office.

I am still waiting on the results from the investigation. I have not received any apology or explanation. I did go to the store once more and guess what the level of service has not changed. I was told the clerk was unavailable and i should go pay the account at Price 'n pride. Walk all across the shopping for a thing the store should've taken care of. And i did see the clerk at the back of the store having lunch. Terrible service. And point of correction i called the store and not the call centre. I demand answers.
