Terrible service at Russell's furniture shop

I purchased a six piece couch on account at Russell in Bellville, when the couch was delivered it was stewed and had stretches so i went to the shop and told them that the couch needs to be fixed. the people from the warehouse took one couch that was stretched for repairs, its been more than two months and still they have not returned the couch, so i went to the store they told me they will bring it back. And take the other three that are stewed so i said to the manager they should give me the right couch because the condition o f the couch they gave me was wrong from the day they delivered it. the manager told me that they will give me the couch that is on display, which i don't think that is fair because i am paying for this couch every month and they deduct insurance money and now they want to give me a couch that is not new. however i agreed because i know they will take another months to fix the other three couches . Till today they have not delivered the couch they promised to bring. when i called they said they will bring it on Saturday then i called again they said on Tuesday , Tuesday passed still they have not delivered and they have not contacted me like they always do.
