Terrible service and damaged goods with nil feedba

This is literally my 6th complaint on hellopeter to the store and warehouse! I feel like returning all the goods I have taken from them! The quality of their goods is terrible.we kept calling Bradley and Pearlene at the store and the guy finally came home but the drawer was too small to fit into the actual kitchen unit. Upon inspection by the driver the bottom drawer also unhinged and broke! I am so tired of running back and forth....the last time I complained someone got back to me a whole week later saying that my report on hellopeter was about 1 item and that's all they will fix.apparently I need to put a complaint on hellopeter for each piece of furniture I'm not happy with! Absolutely pathetic customer service and workmanship. .never ever ever will I purchase anything from joshua doore again...ever! I'm so embarrassed to have guests home because the furniture is lying in pieces at home n we bought it less than 2 months ago! I would rather take my money where it is appreciated.very very disappointing I must say.
