terrible service

i bought a fridge cash in matoks branch Russells and i was not home when it got home.the fridge never worked at the bottom.i started calling and escalating the matter with them but no one ws willing to assist,till area manager by the name Thobejabe called and advised i take it in store for an exchange.but whn i got there was told a different story and was asked to leave it in store a technician will come check it tuesday.Today is friday and still no technician went in store. i wouldnt recommend Russells to anyone.their customer service is terrible,KIC manafacturer promised to fix it but still.am stuck with a fridge thats not working.
