TERRIBLE SERVICE

<p>Morning</p> <p> </p> <p>My little sister by the name of Motaung Matshidiso ( ********** 066) had account with Russells store in Heilbron at Free State and was purchasing sound system with them. Last year around November 2016 she went to store and report that the system is know longer turning on and they promised that they will collect it for repair but they didn't till March 2017 she visited the store to complaint then they collect it. Since from March till today when we check with them keep saying we will get it next week but EVERY MONTH THEY MAKE DEBIT. PLEASE ASSIST. Alternative number is ********** 772.</p>
