Terrible Customer Service

Bought a TV and washing machine on high purchase which has insurance and a warranty. The washing machine is still broken after them sending out 3 different techs to fix it. They say my Tv cannot be fixed and the insurance does not cover the screen but they can get a quote from Sansui to fix the Tv which makes no sense. So contradictive. If the TV cannot be fixed at all why send me a quote ? As for the washing machine there's clearly no hope. Russlls say I must just pay my installments for the broken goods. Their customer service is pathetic. Half the time they don't know anything or the relevant person is on leave. The washing machine situation has been going on for about 3 months now and its so difficult getting someone to assist accordingly. Its from pillar to post with these guys. I will never purchase anything from any Rusells in the future.
