Terrible customer service

Terrible service. I had ordered 3 furniture others. My furniture was supposed to be delivered on Sunday the 30 November 2025. It was delivered on Monday the 01st of December. Only 2 items were delivered with one item missing. I had to call the call centre which is always busy and very ***********. I would never recommend anyone to purchase furniture from Russells. I even complained on Monday reference number ***. Still no communication from the store.
