Terrible

Pathetic service , no sense of care for customers , brand new Defy stove purchased 3 months ago has rusted plates and the staff say it’s because the stove wasn’t used much that it’s rusted which is the worst excuse I have ever heard. Furthermore the “warranty” doesn’t cover the plates.. worst store to EVER purchase from! Logged an enquiry on their website 4 days ago and have not yet heard from them. Making dream homes a reality lol more like making dream homes a nightmare!
