TERRIBLE BED

Good Day I have a problem. I bought bed and fridge from Russells furniture shop from Pietermaritzburg on the 05 October 2019 I paid cash. and it was supped to be delivered at Mtwalume and indeed it was deliver at Mtwalume on the 08 October 2019 night. I was not happy in terms of my bed it was too soft very lit. On the 09 October 2019 the sales man Thabang from called me in the morning to check if they have deliver the furniture, and I told him that I was not happy regarding my bed it too lit and too soft compare to what I saw and felt in love Pietermaritzburg. He told me no it is the same then he trooped the phone. Because I was always tired from my new job doing training I never notice that the spring are poking me when I am turning the bed make noise it terrible. then I decide to call the sales man he said he will report to the manager and he did report, the manager gave me phone call on the 21 October 2019 again the gave her same story she told me they will send my complain to the head office. After few days I received phone call on the 28 October 2019 from guy calling from JHB call centre, again I told him same story he said he will pass the massage. I am still waiting until this day. and they bed it terrible spring is poking me and the bed making noise. Please help me
