taking people for a ride

Im so fed up with these people at this store,they told my parents they will do a pick up of the fridge @ my parents place and do a drop off of another fridge i dont know why because my patents canceled it.<br> <br> Any how they said they will be there @ 15:00 14august and arived @ 17:45 and store was closed so they said they will come @ 10 on the 15th august (saturday)my parents phoned and phoned to tell them they are waiting but no answer.<br> My parents could not go do their shopping,because they were waiting for these people to come.its 15:30 and now they saying they will come on monday,this is a disgrace, sis.<br> <br> Also,why charge people a cancelation fee if it was the stores fault for giving the wrong product in the first place &amp
