Taking advantage of a disable person

My sister is disable and she is getng social grant. She then decided she wants to open an acc with Joshua doors, which she did & her application was successful. What I don't understand and dislike is Firstly I feel the credit limit she was granted credit for was high for sum body tht earns grant according to the NCA scoring. Secondly they had a nurse to deliver sumthng that was broken and they were aware of the situation course they called her advising her of that, 3rdly she was approved the week of the 10th but goods stil not yet delivered, 4thly. I don't think I don't approve of the attitude rendered by the manager of the branch he gav us today. It was Un appropriate & rude. He must stop undermine people, coz I felt she insulted my intelligence. We are going to lodge a complaint to the ombudsman ( consumer credit protection & NCR) I feel tht u guys are taking advantage of the disable coz the are not in gud stable mind. But I won't just leave this just lik tht. Thy also hav rights. U don't just push up sales with out rendering gud customer service.
