Take your money somewhere else for better shopping experience

I bought a queen bed from their website yesterday morning and I got an SMS that it will be delivered on the Friday. Today morning they send another SMS that it will now be delivered next week Monday and 1 or 2 hours later, I got another SMS that it will now be delivered on Tuesday next week. I called their call Centre to cancel the order and get my refund, they told me that they will call me back and is now late I am yet to get a call from them.
