STUCK WITH TV THAT IS NOT WORKING SINCE THE 20TH DECEMBER 2024
don't buy anything online at russels because once you get it and there is a fault you won't return it back
It's been 2 weeks logged my complaint with the non working TV and still stuck with the tv
I am constantly following up and there is no feedback

spoken to 8 consultant and no help ( Sharlotte, Nkosana, Thando, Boipelo & Mzukhona)
they said they will take the TV and will send drivers 3x nothing has been picked up
