Store manager refusing to exchanges faulty goods

<p>We bought some items from this shop , including a Television which after some few months we found out that it's faulty...it's overheating at the back and switches itself off after every 10 minutes we've tried to take it back for two times but the guy called Brian who's a store manager advised that they didn't have stock and promised to change it for the new one when it arrived...it's been over 2 months but he's not saying anything we always have to call him to follow up and he's not taking anything we say to him seriously. </p>
