Store don't have stock after item wad paid for.

I made a lay-bye at Russels Cleary Park and paid lay-bye up on the 30/11/2024 its the 12/12/2024 today and the store informed me they don't have stock, no other branch don't have stock the warehouse don't have stock, everyone is waiting for the supplier.
