Store closed before time

On two occasions I went to Russells in Dobsonville and to find the store closed before the time advertised. I went there on Saturday and on Sunday. On Sunday I called in the morning before I went there. I was enquiring if they were open. And the lady I spoke to on the phone said they open and close at 13:00. To my surprise I got there at around 12:05 to find the store long closed. I need answers. Why do this to your customers? I used my valuable time and money including my airtime to make sure of the facts, to find the store closed before closing time. Mind you I was there to pay an account. What if it was the due date and it went to arrears because of your incompetence?
