STINKY ATTITUDE ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND DISREPECTFUL

My Name is Trisha, I have purchased from russels furniture store and have been retrenched, I have been to the store and asked to for my ID copy and retrenchment letter,I have given it to the lady who had done my deal first and she advised that she will be in contact, however 2 weeks passed and nothing happened, I have been contacting the store on many occasions and spoke to Portia who have not been of any help what so ever,all she said was I needed to pay 3 instalments which I have done so I called the store now, while speaking to her she says to me LISTEN TO ME in a rude manner, i asked her to not be rude and speak to me in a better way, she continued doing the same thing, I asked to apologise or I would not speak to her, she said she dont care and will not apologise, I was very upset at her behaviour and asked to speak to her manager she said the manager was off,I am very upset and would like something to be done about her behaviour as I am going to go further to the papers and inform them about this,<br> she is rude unproffessional, and definately has no customer service skills,<br> I will never purchase from Russels or Joshua door again and will inform the rest of my family as well,
