Still waiting for my money 4 years later

<p>I have been waiting for my refund after your people tried to pass off an LED tv for a 3D tv and delivered it to my house. Despite this ********** misrepresentation by your company employees no one from your resolution team seems to care enough to fully resolve the matter. I was promised a refund in 2015 and even told to send my bank details and nothing has been done since. All I seem to get is bounced from person to person to no avail. Please stop wasting my time and give me back my money .</p>
