Still waiting for a refund after 11 Days

<p>some things are more sensitive than others!</p> <p> </p> <p>My Mom passed away not so long ago, she had taken out a Lay-Bye with Russels for a few house hold items, she made payment(s) of R1300. so since she is no more, and we cant carry it on, we went to the store to request a cancellation and a subsequent refund. i spoke to Doctor (Sales Assistant) who helped me through the process and advised that it would be paid back in 7 Days. that was Monday the 10 of May, and to this day i still dont have my refund. instead im told to wait for an SMS notification. i called their store number which seems non existance as i cant get through... ***...</p> <p> </p> <p>Russels can i please have my Mother's Money we have things to do and my siblings are Hungry....</p>
